John (JT) Thomas has been involved in banking, finance and funds management activities for 49 years. He has managed Howard Mortgage Trust for 17 years and grew the trust to over $3.0 billion to be the largest and consistently the best performing trust of its kind in Australia. JT was formally the chairman of the Financial Services Council mortgage fund sector. He has also previously advised APRA and ASIC on industry matters. JT also has an enviable record of not having lost a single cent of investor funds in his mortgage and property fund activities.

John Morrison has over 37 years of broad corporate and consulting experience in management, governance, compliance, investment and research in superannuation，funds management，platform/managed account and financial planning environments. He also has broad governance experience in funds management as a director, non-executive director and Responsible Manager. This has included the roles of chair of the board and chair/member of risk management committees, investment committees and Compliance committees.

Ewen has over 30 years of finance industry experience, specializing in tailored finance solutions for commercial clients at Vestyn Capital. With a background in corporate and commercial/residential mortgages, and as a Finance Broker, Ewen has built a strong network and maintains robust relationships with brokers and referral partners. His nine years in London's banking and finance industry and capital market, enriched his proficiency in trade/asset finance and debtor finance. Known for his proactive approach and deep industry knowledge, Ewen consistently delivers results by aligning financial solutions with client needs.
