Pooled Mortgage Fund is a professionally managed pooled mortgage fund, offering investors access to a diversified portfolio of first-ranking property loans.
Investor funds are pooled and allocated across multiple mortgages, all assessed, approved, and actively managed by Vestyn’s experienced investment team. Returns are generated from the overall loan portfolio, providing enhanced risk diversification and return stability.
